Don Nelson FCA - Partner
Experience/specialisms: Don first joined Tudor John as a school leaver in 1982. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1987, he joined the London office of Moore Stephens, a "Top Twenty" ranked international firm of Chartered Accountants. Progressing to become audit manager, Don was responsible
for the audit of a wide variety of businesses and organisations.
Three years in the audit department was followed by a move to the firm's management consultancy division. Don undertook consultancy and investigation projects both in the UK and overseas, gaining a broad experience from a wide variety of client assignments.
Having rejoined Tudor John in 1992, Don was made a partner in 1994. His clients include private clients, owner managed companies, charities and professional partnerships. Don is the partner responsible for the firm's Technical Standards on Statutory Reporting.
Qualifications: Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Outside work: Don and his wife Deborah live in Epsom with their two young sons, Ross and Angus. As well as spending time with his family, Don is keen on all sports, particularly rugby, squash and sailing.

Paul Davies FCA - Partner
Experience/specialisms: Paul qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1985 having trained with Tudor John. Following qualification, he joined the London office of KPMG, one of the now big four international
firms of Chartered Accountants.
Progressing to become audit manager, Paul was responsible for the audit of a variety of businesses and
organisations. In addition Paul was involved in numerous special projects including acquisition reports and bringing an audit client to a UK Stock exchange listing.
Paul then worked in a variety of finance positions in commerce, predominantly in the asset based financing sector for Bank of America and National Westminster Bank. His last commercial role was as Financial Director for Hitachi Vehicle Leasing Solutions Limited, a vehicle contract hire company with a fleet of approximately 40,000 vehicles.
Paul rejoined Tudor John as a partner in 2001. His clients include companies, private clients, and some charities encompassing all aspects of general practice work.
Qualifications: Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Outside work: Away from the office Paul is kept busy by his four children. When time allows, Paul still plays football for a local side near to his home in Cirencester.

Anthony Heath FCA - Consultant
Experience/specialisms: Anthony graduated from Durham University in 1964 and immediately joined
his father's practice in Kensington. After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1969 the firm moved to Ewell.
After his father's retirement in 1980 Anthony merged the firm with a London based practice and was left
as a managing partner of the Ewell office. He continued to hold that position through two further mergers the second of which giving him a partnership in BDO Stoy Hayward. He remained as managing partner of the then Epsom office of that firm until his retirement in 2001.
Anthony joined Tudor John as a partner in July of that year, retiring from Tudor John in April 2007. He is now a consultant with the firm, providing us with the continuing benefit of his experience of 38 years in practice.

Throughout his professional life his experience has been one of dealing with owner managed businesses and this he continues to do. In addition he was appointed head of the BDO Stoy Hayward Charity Unit in 1995 and with the large experience gained of charities and not for profit organisations he is now developing a unit within Tudor John serving the small charity.
Qualifications: Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, BA (Econ).
Outside work: Weather permitting, Anthony can be found at weekends on his sailing boat on the south coast. Anthony is also a steam train enthusiast and a member of the local Rotary Club.
